IMPROVEMENT OF STAFFING IN THE UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

Abstract
The article presents the reasons of unsatisfactory staffing in the local governments of the united territorial com-munities. The main personnel problems that are taking place in newly formed united territorial communities are ana-lyzed. The practical recommendations for improving the personnel situation in local governments of the united terri-torial communities are proposed.
