IMPROVEMENT OF THE BUDGET ESTABLISHMENT MECHANISM

Abstract
The theoretical bases of budgeting of budget institutions, the main principles and procedure for financing budgetary institutions, the normative and legal regulation of budgeting of budget institutions, the methodology for drafting estimates for a budget institution, the procedure for reviewing and approving budget estimates and making changes to it are described in the article., the essence of cash and actual expenditures and their role in the execution of budget estimates of institutions are disclosed. Ways of increasing the efficiency of using budgetary funds are proposed and questions of application of modern information technologies in budgetary institutions are disclosed.
