IMPROVEMENT OF THE METHODOLOGICAL INSTRUMENTATION OF DIAGNOSTICATION OF CRISIS FACTORS IN THE BANKING SYSTEM IN THE PROCESS OF MONITORING ITS FINANCIAL STABILITY

Abstract
Summary The article presents the indicators of financial stability. The interval scales of the corresponding indicators of financial stability, based on the application of the rule of «three sigma», were constructed, which allowed to determine the qualitative level of financial stability of the banking system. When creating interval scales, all the basic statistical requirements for scaling were fulfilled: the sample was checked for the normality of the distribution law, the asymmetry index was calculated and, if necessary, the correction factor was calculated. It was also proposed to make a scaling of the performance on the level of separate banks, which should be used for express assessment of their financial stability.
