Improvement of training students civil service of Ukraine of emergencies for rescue operations during floods in mountainous regions

Abstract
The analysis of the features of rescue operations in floods in mountainous areas. The necessity of using in the training of cadets GSCHS Ukraine simulation conditions of the rescue. The technique of preparing students to conduct rescue operations in mountainous terrain and tested its effectiveness in simulations of emergency situations in terms of a training base.
