Improvement video stream channel management in the system"manager - patrol police officer"

Abstract
The peculiarities of the activities of the mobile patrol service and ways of its improvement are explored. The system of management of the outfits of the mobile patrol service is offered, the advantage of which is the possibility of automatic inclusion of channels of transfer of video streams from the scene of a crime or crime to the dispatcher, because sometimes patrols are forced to immediately begin to eliminate the circumstances that arose during the offenses. An important aspect of the system's activity is also the ability, at any time, to activate channels for the transfer of video streams directly by the team manager or patrol, which increases the reliability of the operation of a certain operation of the system.
