IMPROVING MECHANISMS OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE STATE BORDER SERVICE OF UKRAINE AND THE STATE AUTHORITIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT BODIES

Abstract
The article analyses the mechanism content of cooperation of the State Border Service of Ukraine with the state authorities and local government bodies. There has been considered a hierarchical structure their cooperation. There has been represented their cooperation mechanism structure, developed by the author, reflecting the cooperation mechanism and its main principles, cooperation organization and its main elements, cooperation realization. Post organizational administrative (regulating) impact on the cooperation subjects has been analyzed – cooperation coordination. It has been suggested that the Center of Coordination of Cooperation with the State Authorities and Local Government should be established within the structure of SBSU in the sphere of the state border security. There have been defined its main tasks and functional trends. The author has emphasized the main trends of establishing a system of common application of information and telecommunication systems and means of their ensuring in the SBSU activity and state authorities.
