IMPROVING MOTOR ACTIVITY IN STUDENTS WITH MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES

Abstract

The article presents information on improving motor activity by selectively selecting exercises that are effective for students with musculoskeletal injuries. Criteria for exercises to increase movement activity in patients with musculoskeletal injuries have been developed, the sequence of movement phases aimed at developing flexibility has been improved, and a set of special exercises has been developed and implemented into practice depending on the nosology.
