IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF MANAGING LOGISTIC PRO-CESSES IN THE ENTERPRISE WAREHOUSES

Abstract
The article considers the importance of the logistic system at the enterprise. The importance of introduction of the newest methods of management of logistical processes in warehouses is investigated. Attention has been focused on the possibility of increasing the efficiency of logistics management of warehouse processes at the enterprise by means of automation and computerization of the logistics system, using the latest software products in managing the warehouse activities of the enterprise. The Ukrainian market of glass containers and the activity of Vetropack Group are analyzed. The main risk factors for Vetropack Group activities in Ukraine are determined. The introduction of the Zebra TC-75 to Vetropack Gostomel Glass Factory was proposed and the potential consequences of using the computer technologies and the latest software products in the management of the warehouse activities of the enterprise were forecasted.
