IMPROVING THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The authors determinates the purpose of the article is to analyze the state of the enterprise and to develop recommendations for the improvement of strategic management of the enterprise providing financial services. The authors devoted the concept of strategic enterprise management in the article. The authors consider the SPACE analysis methodology was good to use to assess the strategic position and actions of the insurance company. The authors analyzed the positive sides (competitive advantages) and shortcomings of the company. The authors established that all the strengths of the company relate to its insurance business, and all weaknesses relate to the activities of financial and investment. We proposed the following strategies: the investment and financing strategy, maintaining the position of a leader in the market and protecting existing competitive positions.
