In Kazakh Language upon Principles of Making Terms

Abstract
In this study, the principle of making Kazakh language term is focused on and their appearance, changing and renewing process are researched. The Kazakh intellectuals that left no chance to make choice between Russian expansionism firstly adopted to making national term. However, social and political events forced to intellectuals behave according to political idea of period. Nevertheless, the intellectuals who make effort on Kazakh national identity and protecting national language, are pressured and behaved cruelly towards. Besides they are blamed on fascist and executed. The words of term divide as national and non-national terms that have been discussed about truth. However, Kazakh intellectuals have general opinion about Kazakh language, culture and words treasure and terms have been forgotten by concept of internationality according to political reason. The main point, the treasure of terms constitute with general Russian words for soviet nations.
