INCOME LEVELS OF UKRAINE'S POPULATION AND ASSESSMENT OF THEIR DYNAMICS

Abstract
The article proved that welfare is an indicator of socio-economic development and directly dependent on income levels. Showing the dynamics of personal incomes in Ukraine (for the period 2006-2015), and analysis of their structure. Considered factual and real indicators of income, identified factors that influence their level. Identified instruments of state regulation of income and analyzed the effectiveness of its implementation. Presented basic directions of improvement of state regulation of incomes, which are necessary for the formation of the optimal structure to ensure stable revenues and increasing welfare of citizens.
