ІНДИВІДУАЛІЗАЦІЯ ПРОЦЕСУ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ МАЙСТЕРНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of individual approuch application in the process of future teashers professional training. It analyzes literary sources on the issue of professional pedagogical scill formation of the physical education teachers by means of teaching individualization. It is shown also, that the formation of pedagogical scill of students depends on their professional self-awareness, readiness to self-improvement. Special attention is given to the creative independence of future specialist. The individualization of future physical education teachers' professional training should be optimized by new forms and methods of teaching. But scientists discuss a problem of teachers' antiinnovative personal barriers. That's why the traditional approach to teaching in educational process predominates over the developing one. The pedagogical model of individual program of professional and personal self-development has been worked out and presented by author. It includes diagnostical, methodical, valuemotivational, cognitive and reflexive component.
