Industrial parks as a resource of stimulation to investment and industrial activity in Ukraine

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of the current legislation, which defines the legal and organizational basis for the creation and operation of industrial parks on the territory of Ukraine, the results of the activity on the creation of industrial parks in Ukraine, taking into account the world experience in the development of a network of industrial parks, directions of improving public policies to encourage the creation and operation of industrial parks have been offered.
