ИНФЕКЦИОННЫЙ КЕРАТОКОНЪЮНКТИВИТ КРС В ХОЗЯЙСТВЕ АКМОЛИНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ И ИСПЫТАНИЕ ТЕРАПЕВТИЧЕСКИХ МАЗЕЙ ДЛЯ ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ПОРАЖЕННЫХ ГЛАЗ

Abstract
In this work, there are results of infectious keratoconjunctivitis of cattle in household of Akmola region. According to the results of the study, it was found that the infectious at the time of the surrey is 17,2 % of the total number of animals examined. It was found that the main exciter of the disease in the study farm is the hemolytic bacterium Moraxella bovis, which showed a particular sensitivity to ofloxacin, lomefloxacin and gentamicin antibiotics. Based on the results of the research, an antibacterial ointment with a manifest therapeutic effect was developed, applying in aggregate therapeutic measures up to an increase in the effectiveness of treatment to 89,9±3,5 %and prolonging the average recovery period to11,1±1,7days.
