Influence of External Pressures of Different Symmetry on the Phase Transitions and Thermodynamic of the RbHSO4 Ferroelectrics
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2015, Vol 16, Issue 2
Abstract
We use the four-sublattice model of the RbHSO4 crystal modified by taking into account the piezoelectric coupling to the strains ei, ej . Within the mean field approximation we calculate the components of the polarization vector and static dielectric permittivity tensor of mechanically clamped and free crystals, as well as their piezoelectric characteristics. We study the influence of hydrostatic pressure ph and uniaxial stresses pi on the phase transition and physical characteristics of the crystal. A good quantitative description of the experimental data is obtained.

The results of a comprehensive study of phase structure and thermoelectric properties of solid solutions PbTe-Bi2Te3, PbTe-Sb2Te3 based Lead Telluride with (0,1-0,5) ml.% Bi2Te3 (Sb2Te3). Established their dependence on...
Topology and Photoelectric Properties of Heterostructure p-GaTe – n-InSe
We investigated the photoelectrical properties of the heterojunctions p-GaTe – n-InSe fabricated by the method of mechanical contact of GaTe oxidized plate with van der Waals surface of InSe. The AFM-images revealed that...
Quasielastic Light Scattering and Heat Transfer in Pb2P2S6 Crystals
By analyzing of the central peak on Brillouin light scattering spectra, quasielastic scattering light of Pb2P2S6 crystals was investigated. It was found the differences between empirical and calculated (in terms of therm...
