INFLUENCE OF GENDER FACTOR ON REGULATION OF WORK MIGRATION BY METHODS OF LOCAL SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The paper presents a brief overview of the author's analysis of results of the second phase of the investigation in 15 local communities – partners of the project "Prevention of Human Trafficking through Social Work and Community Mobilization, Phase 2," the scientific results of which have not yet been published in scientific journals. Ratings of gender importance in community initiatives as regulators to push or curb migration behaviour, particularly for labour and internal circular migration, have been analyzed. Community expectations have been analyzed towards gender roles in initiatives of development, migration and migrants, and plans of migrants studied from the gender viewpoint in the context of social roles and human capital development.
