Influence of investigation of criminal relations on exclusion of economic crimes in the field of agricultural complex of Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the current problems and peculiarities of operative-search services for the investigation of criminal ties for the completeness of evidence in the investigation of theft in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. It is noted that one of the conditions for effective investigation of operational-search-based evidence in investigating abductions in the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex is the definition and in-depth study of the objects of a criminal offense. Regarding the planning of search activities, there is a problem associated with insufficient empirical studies that provide material for summarizing the characteristics of the offender. This is necessary in order to determine the list of persons who should be on preventive account. When establishing such a list, it should be kept in mind: age (age groups) of persons who committed mercenary crimes; their past and present behavior (the existence of convictions, the type of occupation, employment and the nature of employment in free time), relationships in the family and in the team, etc
