Influence of Sleep on Quality of Life Among Hospital Nurses.

Abstract
Sleep disorders are the cause of morbidity and mortality and can decrease functional capacity and quality of life. Nurses, especially those working irregular or night shifts, are at risk for developing sleep disorders. The present study aims to determine the relationship between sleep quality and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) as well as quantitative and subjective aspects of sleep quality in nurses.
