In the article approaches to the definition of the concept of social risks were considered. Social risks were analysed in the socio-economic area using the system of indicators for the last nine years. The characteristic was given to the impact of occupational risks on occupational health in Ukraine. Conclusions were made about the impact of state-political technogenic environmental risks on the country’s social resources.
