Abstract
Głównym źródłem informacji zarządczej w normatywnym systemie zarządzaniu jakością jest podejście procesowe (ujęcie analityczne). Tym samym podejście systemowe (ujęcie syntetyczne) stanowi źródło informacji zarządczej o procesach. Określenie potrzeb odbiorców informacji powinno stanowić podstawę systemu informacyjnego przedsiębiorstwa. Zasób informacji zarządczej w badanych przedsiębiorstwach jest bardzo ograniczony, co wpływa na możliwości doskonalenia systemu jakości.
