Information competence of the teacher in the management of independent work of students while organizing information environment.

Abstract
Research of concepts of competence is in the conditions of informatization of society, education. Independent work as type of educational activity. The review of pedagogical programmatic facilities, and also expediency of the use of ІТ, is carried out in a management independent work. The scientifically-methodical providing of the controlled from distance studies is certain, in particular certain technologies of the controlled from distance studies, among which: keys-technologia, televisional technology, Internetnetwork technology, locally-network technology, informatively-satellite network technology, specific principles of studies, and also constituents of methodical support of educational process, are certain in the process of realization of corresponding principles. The model of independent work of students is considered in the guided informative environment. The analysis of informative activity of teacher is conducted during preparation and organization of educational material. Certainly constituents of informative competence: knowledge, ability and skills of treatment of information, макро- and micro-strukturuvannya of educational material, ability of presentation of text, graphic and multimedia information.
