Abstract
One of the directions of achieving the optimum productivity of using natural systems with the use of software is highlighted. The conditions of implementation of the software for optimization and rationalization of the use of natural resources are determined. The conceptual principles of the complex nature for the use of information technologies concerning the optimization of nature use are considered. The algorithm of the use of information technologies for the elimination of environmental problems and managerial deficiencies is outlined.
