Information Wars – the history and methods

Abstract
The propagandistic practice shows that radio and electronic weapons on the West provides course of the information was for a long time. There learned not only distorted information knowingly and with deep intent, but destroy the information resources by the help of computers. The analyses of IU programs, radio and newspapers shows, that these sources provide winning in the confrontation, give chance to attain full information black and demoralize the enemy psychologically. Today the computer weapon uses on: the information espionage, the computer repression of the information networks and systems of enemy; information influence on psychic of the people. In content it is analyses, how mass media learn to provide the policy of double standards. It is noted that double standards generates destructive processes, causes apathy and indifference among people, and humility and lack of initiative in addition. The author pays the great attention to means of information influence on the population: selective default disinformation, stereotypes; information leafage; the clash of opinions; interpretation; qustiomaire; zombification; the propaganda bait, others.
