Abstract
У статті розглянуті підходи до понять «регіон» як соціально-економічна система та «інноваційний потенціал регіону». Виділені напрями формування соціально - економічних систем регіону та ефективності використання його інноваційного потенціалу. Запропоновано напрями визначення стратегії удосконалення регіонального інноваційного розвитку.
