INNOVATION ACTIVITY OF AN ENTERPRISE AS AN OBJECT OF MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The existing approaches to substantiation of an innovation activity as an object of management are considered: the singling out of an object from external environment as a system; its presentation as a set of processes; determining their advantages and disadvantages. A combination of process and functional approaches is suggested for substantiation and a visual presentation of the object of management of an enterprise innovation activity. Implementation of the suggested approach will allow getting information about functioning not only of the process on the whole, but also of each management function.
