INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY COMPONENTS OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY’S DEVELOPMENT: THE PROBLEMS AND PRIORITIES

Abstract
The forces that hinder the development of innovation domain of Ukrainian economy are defined in this article, the problems of Ukrainian innovation development are highlighted in the context of financing of innovation activity and export competitiveness. The positions of Ukraine in rankings that assess the innovation component of economy are given in this article, as well as factors that determined such condition of innovation domain. The role of innovations in Ukrainian economy innovative development is substantiated. The ways and strategic priorities of Ukrainian innovation policy development are proposed.
