Innovation mechanism of national economy structural transformations

Abstract
The role of innovative mechanism in the formation of the ability to attract the innovative resource into the process of structural transformation of the national economy is substantiated. The factors that determine the feasibility of forming of the innovative mechanism of the national economy structuring on the basis of a network approach are emphasized. The attention is focused on the low innovation activity of the enterprises and their weak initiative to participate in the innovative clusters, which do not promote the progressive tendencies of innovation and structural modernization of the economy. The problems that must be solved primarily in the context of innovation infrastructure in Ukraine are outlined. The attention is paid to the poor orientation of the financial market infrastructure as for funding innovation activity. The necessity to create the institutional conditions for their involvement in the innovation process is analysed. It has been proved the expediency of a targeted approach to the developing and implementing of the innovative mechanism of the national economy structuring through the use of the strategies, programs and projects that contribute to the objectification and systematic presentation of purposes, assets, resources. The conceptual bases of improving of the innovative mechanism of structural modernization of the economy on the basis of definition and coordination of the criteria of the structural and innovation policy are defined.
