INNOVATIVE CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Abstract
The article substantiates theoretical approaches to the definition of “institutionalization of agroindustrial complex”. The main directions of the conceptual innovative model are distinguished. Economic instruments of state regulation in this sphere are characterized. The current state of institutionalization of the industry is analysed. Problems are identified and prospects are determined.
