INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES ON THE BASIS OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT: PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF SOLUTION

Abstract
Introduction. The urgency of the study is determined by the necessity of coherence of management entities objectives, characterized by a set of managerial abilities and functions aimed at ensuring the effective innovative development. The analysis of scientific research has revealed the need for further development of theoretical, scientific and methodical aspects of innovative activity of industrial enterprises on the principles of corporate management. Methods. The processes of innovative development of industrial enterprises on the basis of corporate governance, problem identification and the search for solutions are the object of the research. The classical positions of economic theory, fundamental works of domestic and foreign scientists and practitioners on innovative development and corporate governance are the theoretical and methodological background of the article. The research is based on the use of such methods as: analysis and synthesis, abstract and logical, theoretical generalization and graphic. Results. The author identifies the main challenges and factors that may inhibit the innovative activation of domestic enterprises on the principles of corporate management. However, the important issue is the review of major conflicts of interest which are present in the innovation process. The basic directions of innovative development improvement on the basis of corporate management are proposed. The model of interaction between the main participants of innovative development support of industrial enterprises on the basis of corporate management is formed. Discussion. Prospects for further researches are to develop the mechanism of innovative development improvement of industrial enterprises based on the organization of corporate relations and ways to ensure the effectiveness of corporate management.
