Innovative development under globalization conditions

Abstract
The theoretical backgrounds and applied aspects of innovative development under globalization conditions are defined within the article. The studies of foreign and Ukrainian researchers on the complex process nature of globalization and its main features within economy and other areas of human activity are underlined. The attention is paid to the essence and the main features of the innovative enterprise theories and the possibilities of their application under the globalization nowadays. The directions of innovative activity of the enterprise depending on the sphere of application of innovations are investigated. The directions of innovative activity of the enterprise depending on motives both of innovator and consumers are substantiated. The research shows the importance to pay attention not only to the quantitative features of scientific and innovative potential, but also the qualitative aspect of their potential use. Such approach is able not only to ensure the effective dissemination of innovations within an appropriate state, but also enable trade in them in the system of global economic relations.
