Innovative entrepreneurship as a component of the strategy for the development of the economy of Ukraine

Abstract
The essence of innovative entrepreneurship as an element of the organizational and economic system was studied and directions for further strategic development of the Ukrainian economy as a whole were established. The experience of the developed countries of the world is summarized, which is characterized by the introduction of an effective mechanism of innovation activity in the context of globalization and it is determined that human capital is the basis of the Ukrainian innovative competitiveness. Its effective implementation is the main competitive advantage. It proposes the principles of innovation policy in the industry of Ukraine, the main of which are the priority of innovative transformations in the industry, increasing the level of innovative development, preserving, building up and activating the innovative potential of the industry.
