INNOVATIVE-INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF THE CULTURAL SECTOR

Abstract
The article highlights the importance and preconditions for the formation of a creative economy. The export-import flows of services of cultural and creative industries are analyzed. The main obstacles for Ukraine's innovation development are revealed. The schematic model of the innovation economy paradigm is proposed. The directions of state investment economic policy are outlined.
