INNOVATIVE METHODS OF RECRUITING IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of modern technologies of selection of competitive and highly skilled personnel and possibilities of their application in domestic companies. In the article features of existing methods of recruiting in modern conditions are considered, as well as the essence and characteristic features of modern technologies of recruitment. It is determined that the technologies of personnel management are a system of goals, means and methods of management influence on personnel. The use of selection technologies at the enterprises of the information technology industry is analyzed. The analysis made it possible to determine that the use of modern recruitment technologies is essential for the growth of staff productivity and the efficiency of the operation of enterprises.
