INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF UKRAINE`S REGIONS: THEORETICAL ASPECTS AND DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT

Abstract
In this article the components of the innovative economy development are defined. A system of the indicators for the innovative potential assessment has been formed. A general analysis of the rate of innovative potential of the region’s economy in Ukraine is conducted. The factors of the regions attribution to the economic clusters are investigated. The measures to increase the rate of innovative potential of the region`s economy have been proposed.
