Abstract
It’s very important to develop agriculture and rural areas by utilization local, particularly food industry waste and Agro-waste to produce power and heat local use is economically and ecologically industry production, as well “zero” emission of greenhouse gases. Innovation industry make possible to solution these terrible problem and produce and to develop utilization of local and regional areas. Poland is rich in waste form food industry and agriculture, it’s a big chance for Poland.<br/><br/>
