Institute of public control in Ukraine and its legal nature

Abstract
An attempt to define the legal nature of public control is made in the article. The essence of public control through the prism of the categories “power” and “people’s power” is analyzed by the author. Necessity of enlarging the subject of administrative law of Ukraine through public relations arising because of organization and realization of public control is proved.
