INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK OF STATE AID IN UKRAINE UNDER THE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE EU

Abstract
This paper examines the institutional support for the implementation of state aid in Ukraine. The paper studies the legal framework (laws, orders, international programs, agreements, contracts), which regulates the relations of providing state aid. The paper presents the tools for the implementation of state aid and identifies the responsible public authorities for the provision of state aid to economic agents, methods of monitoring and control. The study creates the recommendations for improving institutional support in Ukraine with a view to further integration with the European Union.
