Institutional support of the state policy in the field of employment: directions for improvement

Abstract
The effectiveness of the state employment service in its main areas of work and indicators of the coverage of the domestic labor market is analyzed, the conclusion is made about the need to reform its activities; the analysis of the conformity of the functions of the state employment service to the new tendencies of the modern labor market and the completeness of their regulation in the Regulation on the State Employment Service; on the basis of the analysis of institutional support for the activities of the State Employment Service of Ukraine, a conclusion was made on the need for its improvement; recommendations for the improvement of the Regulation on the State Employment Service are proposed.
