INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF THE RIGHTS OF CITIZENS TO PARTICIPATE IN MANAGING STATE AFFAIRS AND FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION IN THE CONTEXT OF INTEGRATION PROCESSES

Abstract
The content of the constitutional right to participate in public affairs and freedom of association are analyzed. Their constitutional and legal co-relation is considered. The criteria for distinguishing between the right to participate in public affairs and freedom of association, taking into account their impact on the public authority are emphasized. The ways to institutionalize these rights are also the subject of examination as well as the ways to improve them in the context of integration processes in Ukraine.
