INSTRUMENTS OF MONETARY POLICY AND PRACTICE OF THEIR APPLICATION BY THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of theoretical advantages and disadvantages of monetary policy instruments. Use of monetary policy instruments by the National Bank in the process of achieving objectives of monetary policy was analyzed, weaknesses in the monetary regulation were identified, and recommendations were made for improving the monetary regulation of the functioning of the banking system by the central bank.
