Instruments validation for the approach on therapeutic adherence in opiaceutical dependent adolescents

Abstract
In recent years, the increase in the use of heroin “drug H” in adolescents has been an evidence of worldwide interest by all the organizations that are linked to public health and social prosperity.In Ecuador, the consumption of heroin, “drug H”, shows a different behavior with respect to other substances, due to the prevalence in use and in the age group.Objetivo: Validar los instrumentos para el abordaje de la adherencia terapéutica en adolescentes dependiente a los opiáceos “droga H”.Methodology: This research is field, cross-sectional, analytical, evaluative, exploratory and correlational. The validation of the instruments was carried out through expert judgment, in which a pilot test was used.Forthe first instrument, 15 adolescents from 10 to 19 years of age and 15 families and / or representatives participated, selected in a non-random, non-probabilistic way, and for the second instrument, 1 adolescent and a family of 1 member were used. Results: In the qualification of the first instrument of expert judges, a reliability score of 96.01 is obtained for adolescents and 97.31 for families. In the qualitative one, a rating of 97.42 for adolescents and 98.06 for families.The perception of users is that the care and good treatment they receive at the health facility is not very good. Conclusions: The instruments are suitable to apply to participating adolescents and families
