INSTYTUCJONALNE WSPARCIE TRANSGRANICZNEGO RYNKU PRACY NA PRZYKŁADZIE EURES-T BESKYDY

Abstract
Współczesny rynek pracy stawia przed pracownikami coraz więcej wyzwań. Jednym z nich jest konieczność poszukiwania pracy w krajach innych, niż kraj pochodzenia. Rosnąca mobilność pracowników jest poniekąd wymuszona stanem rynku pracy, a regiony przygraniczne stwarzają szczególnie korzystne warunki dla osób gotowych podjąć pracę za granicą. Unia Europejska wspomagając te działania powołała instytucję, która tę mobilność pracowniczą ma wspierać – jest to Europejska Sieć Służb Zatrudnienia. Celem tej publikacji jest wskazanie głównych obszarów wsparcia osób decydujących się na pracę za granicą ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem pracowników transgranicznych oraz próba oceny, na podstawie EURES-T BESKYDY, czy ta pomoc jest właściwie realizowana.<br/><br/>
