Abstract
Робота присвячена визначенню основних напрямів розвитку інтеграційних стратегій, які реалізують країни світу. Визначено, що реалізація інтеграційних стратегій визначає використання різноманітних механізмів з урахуванням, конкретних соціально-економічних умов розвитку країн. Доведено, що інтеграційні стратегії можуть змінюватися з урахуванням змін, що відбуваються не тільки у внутрішніх, а й у зовнішніх факторах впливу. Надано порівняльну оцінку основних напрямів інтеграційної політики, яку обиратиме країна. Визначено сутність стратегій унілатералізму, регіоналізму, мультилатералізму. Доведено, що стратегія унілатералізму засновується на однобічному використанні з боку країни інструментів зовнішньої політики без урахування інтересів інших країн – учасниць світового господарства. Стратегія регіоналізму спрямована на поглиблення інтернаціоналізації у межах певного регіону, який утворюють країни, що охоплені інтеграційними процесами. Стратегія мультилатералізму визначає реалізацію ідеології лібералізації ринку в межах всього світового господарства. Виділено бінарний взаємозв’язок унілатералізму та мультилатералізму. Present paper defines the main lines of development of integration strategies implemented by countries. The author argues that the implementation of integration strategies presupposes the use of various mechanisms with regard to specific socio-economic environment in developing countries. It was also proved that integration strategies may vary with account of changes occurring both in internal and external factors of influence. The author provides a comparative assessment of the main lines of integration policy, which the country could elect. The article sets forth the essence of unilateralism, regionalism, multilateralism as well as proves that the strategy of unilateralism is based on the unilateral use of country's foreign policy tools regardless of the interests of other countries which are also participants of the world economy. The regionalism strategy aims at deepening internationalization in the particular region, which is formed by the countries involved in the integration process. The multilateralism strategy defines implementation of the ideology of market liberalization within the world economy. The article also highlights binary interrelation between unilateralism and multilateralism. Through the example of the United State, the author analyzes the features of application of integration strategies, the logic of its development and changes occurring. The paper describes the narrowness of unilateral use of external economic and political instruments and gradual switch of orientation of the US integration strategy to multilateralism. Strengthening the role of transnational actors in the structure of the modern world economy requires corporate actions. Institutional framework of the dialogue between the European Union and the United States in the context of the Free Trade Agreement - Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), was also defined. Its entry into force will ensure economic growth for the EU and the US. Transatlantic partnership development will contribute to the emergence of shared values, improve the transatlantic market operation, and create an effective multilateral mechanism for the regulation of the world order in general.
