INTEGRATED STRUCTURAL COMPLEX OF ART INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF MUSICAL ART TEACHERS

Abstract

The article reveals the problem of forming an integrated structural complex of innovative activity of musical art teachers. Updating the national traditional system of music education includes forming a versatile personality of a prospective musical art teacher, who is able not only to demonstrate his/her professional skills, but also to present the progressive style of pedagogical leadership at the highest level. So the aim of the article is to disclose the integrated structural units of innovation art activity of prospective musical art teachers. The integrated structure of this phenomenon is considered to have motivational and incentive, orientational and cognitive, processual and performing components that interact tightly. The interconnected integrated complex of the above-mentioned structural components combines all the areas of traditional academic knowledge as the first phase of the prospective music teacher’s readiness to practical activities, so the development of original innovative, creative and improvisational skills is based on this complex and training art teachers of a new formation is made. The synthesis component of the complex is stimulation of the development of students-musicians’ creative skills, the relevance of their innovative ideas in the field of musical pedagogy. It is noticed that the prospective musical art teacher masters his/her professional skills in accordance with the European requirements that include expanding the range of professional activities that he/she should acquire while studying at the university. So the author proves that the structure of this pedagogical complex covers the following interconnected and interrelated professions: an educator, a methodologist, a psychologist, a musician-teacher, a musician-performer, and a teacher-mentor. It is concluded that implementation of the integrated complex of musical art teachers’ innovative activity also includes providing effective innovative art technologies, taking into account national ethno-pedagogical traditions and the best examples of child folklore.
