Abstract

The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological, scientific and practical provisions regarding the formation of the concept of interdisciplinary energy saving development. The purpose of the study is to develop, on the basis of an integrative–convergence approach, methodology of the concept of interdisciplinary energy saving development, to determine its content– parametric characteristics. Research methods. In order to realize the conceptual integrity of scientific development, the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, as well as empirical–theoretical and formal–logical principles, was used. Based on the provisions of the integrative–convergence approach, the foundations of the methodology of the concept of interdisciplinary energy saving development have been developed. Results of work. According to the results of the research, the foundations of the integrative– convergent methodology of implementation of energy saving development have been developed. The field of application of results. It is expedient to implement the proposed developments in the construction industry, namely, when realizing development projects in the process of implementing energy saving measures, conducting energy audits and energy certification of buildings. Conclusions. The research outlines the main provisions of the methodology of the concept of interdisciplinary energy saving development on the basis of integrative–convergence approach, its content–parametric characteristic is developed. Taking into account the conceptual basis and potential of energy saving in the commercial real estate market, the function of energy saving of development is proposed, which will enable to increase the level of energy efficiency of the development object, increase its prestige and ecological compatibility.
