Integrity of the academic process in forming professional competence of future managers of physical education and sport

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of integrative learning and its impact on the formation of the professional competence of the future manager of physical culture and sports. The study found that the integration of the learning process should facilitate the use of various forms of teaching that will help the student to effectively perceive the educational material, and will become a school of cooperation and interaction for all participants in the educational process (both teachers and students).The general condition of interdisciplinary connections, which should form the professional competence of managers of physical culture and sports taking into account the interests and abilities of each student, is analyzed. Intehratyvnyy approach to education will promote a balance in training, work programs and thematic plans of general, professional, specialized management training future managers of physical culture and sports. The content of the training should be developed in accordance with the formation of professional competence of the manager of physical culture and sports. The curriculum should be relevant to current issues and the needs of managers of physical culture and sports, to be practically directed. The purpose of the program of the course specialty “Sport Management” should be the formation of students of sports universities scientific and methodological basis, which is necessary for their acquisition of knowledge of social management of physical culture and sports organizations in the current conditions of a market economy, improving the economic mechanism for the activities of these organizations, the skills to make economically reasonable management decisions, rational use of all resources of the industry, namely financial, material, labor, etc. In view of the conducted research, the content of the integrative educational process of future managers of physical culture and sports has been designed. After all, applying in the educational process the integration of scientific knowledge, implementing it in the education system of sports managers can achieve real positive results, namely, the knowledge of students will acquire a systematic, their skills will be generalizing, the transfer of ideas and methods from one branch of science to another, will strengthen the formation the professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports.
