INTELLECTUAL CULTURE IN THE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
The expediency of considering an intellectual culture in the system of knowledge management is justified, its essence and structure are revealed. The emphasis is on the need to develop a culture of thinking, culture of action and a culture of joint (collaborative) work as a kind of intellectual culture. The instrumental and moral - ethical components of intellectual culture in the system of knowledge management are highlighted.
