INTELLECTUAL EFFECT OF THE SCALE AND QUALITY AS CHARACTERISTIC OF LEGAL CONSULTING CYCLE

Abstract
Problem setting. Granting legal services is a special channel for the transmission and dissemination of legal knowledge and information, which is one of the important principles of formation of legal culture entrepreneurship entities and their lawful economic behavior. Recent research and publication analysis. Currently, disclosure of the contents, mechanism and socio-economic role of legal consulting has mainly an application form what is need, but only the initial stage of formation for the theoretical concept. Various aspects of the legal service analyzed practical for the legal consulting. Paper objective. The article’s purpose is justification the production function and effect of the scale legal consulting on the basis of the analysis of the content, stages, quality, and result of the legal consulting cycle. Paper main body. Legal consulting cycle is the serial passage of legal knowledge and information stages of production, exchange (phases of the order and transfer), introduction (use). The volume of production of legal services depends on the quantity, quality and combinations (technology) structural capital of law firms and intellectual work of experts of law. In the long term the impact of the scale (effect of the scale) for law firms transformed into the specific form of impact of intellectual resources – intellectual effect of the scale, because the intellectual resources are the Foundation of legal consulting. According to the production approach, the quality of legal services is the compliance of process the legal services with professional requirements, standards, norms and criteria that are defined by society in a certain period as required to comply. Conclusion of the research. The result of the stage of the production legal consulting cycle is an intellectual product of the lawyer, the intermediate result of consulting – purchase and sale of legal services, the end result – the real benefits that received by the client from a professional legal aid. Short Abstract for an article Аbstract. The author has solved the content and main stages of the legal consulting cycle.
