INTENSIFICATION OF MASS-EXCHANGE PROCESSES IN EXTRACTION BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES (BAS) FROM PLANT RAW MATERIALS
Journal Title: Международный научный журнал "Интернаука" - Year 2018, Vol 3, Issue 21
Abstract
The results of determining the influence of the method of extracting biologically active substances on the intensity of mass transfer processes are given. It is shown that the realization of extraction by washing of raw materials with a moving extractant allows to significantly intensify the mass transfer processes.
