INTER-BRANCHES OF NATURAL RESOURCES LAW AND CIVIL LAW

Abstract
The article explores inter-branch relations of natural resource and civil law, relations of mutual dependence, conditionality and commonality between the legal norms of various legal sectoral affiliations. It is analyzed scientific approaches to the problem raised, as well as the norms of natural resource and civil legislation. It is established that the natural and civil legislation intersects in the part of property relations arising in the sphere of the use of natural resources, first of all, in the acquisition of rights to natural resources on the basis of civil transactions and the application of civil liability for violation of environmental resources legislation. At the same time, natural resource legislation is special in relation to civil legislation.
